Fresh Bourbon

Fresh Bourbon features a distinctive mash bill combining corn, honey malt, malted wheat, malted rye, and malted barley — prioritising lower corn volumes with specialty grains to create balanced flavour complexity.

Distilled using pre-Prohibition methods in a 500-gallon pot still, aged in mixed barrel sizes including 6-gallon nano barrels, and bottled at 95 proof with pure water.

Recognised by the State of Kentucky as the first African Americans to make Kentucky Bourbon since slavery — Fresh Bourbon is history in a glass and a spirit built for the future.
